Hi All - I currently have Audi Care on my 2009 TT. I only have 21K miles on the car and my Audi Care is good up to the 45K service (or 7/19/2014). I asked the Service dept about extending the Audi Care and they told me, the Extended Audi Care is good for the 55K,65K & 75K Service and costs about $900. If I didn't get the Audi care and paid for the services from the Audi dealership it would cost:
55K - $382.99
65K - $203.45
75K - $687.79
= about $1,223 total
I know that a dealership is usually more expensive than a mechanic but was wondering if anyone knows about how much these services would cost at a good/trustworthy mechanic?

Also my warranty end towards the end of next year and was wondering if anyone has gotten any types of extended bumper to bumper warranty through Audi? If so is it worth it?

not sure about independent shop but the 55k service is suppose to be a big one and another user on QW got quoted for $495. =O

i was offered the extended audicare when i purchased my 08 CPO TT but i had decline. perhaps i shouldve gotten it lol
