Can you make a claim against the Dept. of Transportation for wheel damage?

BTW,............
In regards to recooping the money for my wheels, the two companies that I have contacted so far said they will pay for the damaged wheels if they did the road repair, but so far both those companies said they weren't the ones. I'm waiting to hear from another company.<p>Andrew Lee
