Default Will 275/35 R19 tires cause any issues with a 2018 S5?

I've been offered a free set of new Blizzaks that are 275/35 R19 (I would just need to buy the wheels). The tires on my 2018 S5 are 255/35 R19. I know the Blizzaks will be slightly taller and throw off the speedometer slightly. I'm fine with that. What I'm wondering is if the additional width will cause any issues like rubbing when I turn the front wheels. I know that 265/30 R20 wheels are an option on the 2019 S5 so I'm hoping these tires won't cause any issues since they're only 1cm wider.

The tire is .6" taller and .8" wider. That difference shouldn't matter that much. Worst case is you try and they rub a little but shouldn't.
