HPFP cam floower on 2006 3.2 FSI... is this time to panic?
Hi,
I heard quite a lot about the problems with cam follower on early 2.0 FSI engines and then I found that 2006 3.2 FSI engine has the same follower:

Has anyone has problem with the follower on high mileage cars?
Is this time to take the engine apart and check it. I am sure no one checked it before.

4Dr1ver4 changed his proactively at 150k+ miles and if I remember correctly he told me that it had not worn. Perhaps he will chime in on this thread with more detail.
