Ok, I'm getting better. I got 2 hours in yesterday and am shooting for 3 more today...
My goal is to start shipping TBs a week from today/tomorrow. The biggest concern I have right now is I'm still unable to breathe comfortably/easily on my own, let alone through any of the particulate filter masks I have and I cannot risk not using a mask. I simply cannot get enough air without working for evey breath while in the mask even with brand new filter cannisters. Unfortunately most of the remaining work is grinding, shaping and getting the throttle bodies to flow. And that MUST be done wearing a mask.
I'm not 100% and still easily fatigued but I'm better today than at ANY point since this episode started. Mostly weak and run outta gas VERY quickly if I'm up & about.

Sounds like nothing your selection of flex-hones & little Rotofera-ing couldn't fix...
<center><img src="http://www.brushresearch.com/images/custom_flex_hone.jpg"></center><p>..."The Rx Series Custom Flex-Hone tools are designed for use on most any type or size of orifice from 4mm up to 3" in diameter. Designed for surface cleaning, re-finishing and cross hole deburring in any ear, nose or throat passage-way. Additional abrasive types and grits are available. Special sizes for brush part, and globules, special minimum and maximum diameters, & custom lengths are available. If obstruction persists, dis-continue use & see your doctor."
Just kidding, as long as you are, dare I say it, naturally aspirated!

actually since flex-hones are used "with" oil there's zero associated dust....
but the grinding media used on TB's is a "dry process" and creates a ton of dust. Using oil with that media does eliminate the airborne particulate matter altogether but the oil acts as a "carrier" for the aluminum/silica particultes allowing them to creep into the butterfly shaft bearings and ya cant get it out no how/now way (BTDT!!). That in-turn causes the butterflies to bind, operate erratically and fail to close under their own "return-spring" tension. People HATE it when I do that to em ;-)

the old Unintended Exhilaration trick....
<center><img src="http://medias.forum-auto.com/uploads/200407/olio_1088791450_imsa_gto_01.jpg"></center><p>...take a deep breath and reach calmly for the ignition (<u>do not</u> turn the steering wheel!) & switch to off, shift into neutral then unlock the steering again as soon as (waiting to exhale...) the revs have dropped to zero.

try this for a mask
go find an old snorkel with the water purge rubber disk and put it on the mask so you can exhale easier, then run a duct of some sort from a fan to push fresh air in from outside.
