Default Code po688 question Plaese help!!!

03 Audi a-4 1.8 t quattro. About a week ago, we fushed the coolant sytem on the car due to the coolent light flashing when resevoir was full. Decided to swap the plugs out in the process, noticed a plug broken off into the coil pack, changed out coil #1 . car drove great for about thrity miles then started intermtenly misfiring. Check'd coil pack and connector. Noticed connector wires were melted. Changed out connector and coil. Now the car will not start. It turns but no start. Tested relays and checked all fuses, all good. Getting error code p0688!!! Any thoughts?

You might try the right forum, our cars are older. Doing a search on it suggests that this might be an ECM power supply relay.
