Default no heat driver or passenger side vents.......

Alright guys, heres my problem.. i got no heat threw my passenger or driver side vents. and its luke warm through my center vents, window vents and cooler air down to the floors. i have done-

-Flushed Heater Core 2 Times
-Flushed coolant system
-Checked for leaks
-Checked heater core hoses
-Pulled Blower motor and felt heater core its hot

Temp here is about 10 degrees. its sucks.. i am at witts end trying to figure it out. anyone know how to get to the air mix door? i have hvac codes as well ill post them soon if needed

There is a blend door that may be causing your problems. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I can only tell you that it exists and you might be able to use VAG-Com to tell if it is moving properly. I have not had any trouble with my Audi heater, but on other vehicles the blend door routes the air either acrross the AC evap or heater core.

so i should be looking for it after the heater core roughly? ugh i know how sucky of a job this is gonna be..

When you say you flushed the heater core, it's a "reverse" flush, right? i.e. - you forced the water through it OPPOSITE of what the normal coolant flow would be? This does the trick for my car each time.

Im having the same issue, flushed twice, all hoses are good, hot where they are supposed to be, but I don't know where the blend door is?
