02' 1.8T is there a rubber hood grommet where the washer hose and wires enter the hood ?

Default 02' 1.8T is there a rubber hood grommet where the washer hose and wires enter the hood ?
Can someone snap a pic ? had body work and I think it is missing.

i see a plastic cover thing and a foam thing where the wires go in. sorry gf has the camera. no pics
