I do know that for Ford, they are clamping down on dealers making bogus repairs, so the dealer-OEM relationship can be cool at times. Also, I've seen what *some* dealerships are capable of doing in order to make a buck, and the stories, if I could tell you, would AMAZE you. Nothing less than absolute fraud.

For your case though, I think they were being ridiculous. Glad to hear your getting a new cluster though!
