Bubling Noise?

Bubling Noise?
I was doing some work under the hood of my car and I heard some bubbling type sound. It seems to be coming from the are between the back of the engine and where the cabin of the car starts. It just sounds like a slight bubbling/gurgling noise. Anything to be worried about? It wasn't to loud and you can barley hear it.
