Electrical problem solved...
For all of you out there who have Beru Ultra spark plugs but havent had your CP's replaced, do yourself a favor and remove them before taking it in.
The new CP's (not sure which revision) do not seat properly over the aftermarket plugs. They would literally start to "ride up" on the spark plugs right after pressing them down.
Anyway, after two days of working on my car, the tech finally figured it out. The service writer told me because they were not Audi approved plugs, technically the warranty would not cover the work and they should make me pay for the rental car. I ended up paying $111 and they paid for the rental...difinitely dodged a bullet.
BTW, the dealer charges $25 per spark plug...WTF. The service writer just laughed it off when I called him on it.
Life is good again!!

The new replacement coil packs. I still had the original factory plugs but a
Short time later the new coil packs started lifting of the plugs. Took the
Car back to the dealer to have it checked out, the dealer replaced all four
Coil packs again (different part #). Now no more problems.
