Default I can do better than that.
Not on the A4 but I once had a puncture from the plastic spindles used for scoring discs at a highpower rifle match.

I had an L shaped Alen Wrench in my tire. It was at least an 8mm size wrench too!

Default so did i. short end was so worn it glistened in the sun.
it didn't go through a tire though. just got "stuck" in the threads. still cannot fathom how that wrench ended up on a highway.

my mom was the one who noticed it AFTER i washed &amp; waxed my car. she just pointed to a shiny thing in my front tire &amp; asked "is it supposed to be like THAT?". truly emabrassing.

Default mine went all the way into the tire...the tire was flat after about 5 minutes and the allen wrench
was hitting the inside of the wheel well.....*thunk*...*thunk*....*thunk*...as I limped to a parking lot to change the wheel.
