How hard is it to mount stock fog lights behind RIEGER bumper mesh?

it's not too hard...body shop just has to make custom brackets...but it's really hard to get the fog

what materials do they use to make those brackets? and how do u change your fog bulbs if it breaks?
dont tell me u have to take out the whole bumper to change you fog lights...
