I'm not sure what the local Rev and Tax is/does ?
I know BBB said you can't take any other actions while its under the process with them, so for now I have to sit back. Maybe they will resolve the dispute so the complaint doesn't stick on BBB.

I was thinking small claims court and handle it myself, but...
I have never had to do something like that, so I don't know what kinds of costs are associated.

Here is the problem...
I used a check card and not a credit card 
The reason was I came to pick up my car they test drove it and said it was fine. That really upsets me.
How do you go about filing something with small claims court?

At that point it wouldn't be worth it to me...
I'm not spending another penny on my car. Spending more to fix it also is not a guarantee I will get repaid, because on their invoice it is clear warranty work must be performed in house and as such they will infer they will not cover charges from another shop. That means even if they are incompetent they protected themselves there.

Asking for a full refund on labor is harsh.....
I think thats asking too much. What i would do is take your car to the audi dealer, let them fix it and then give Irish Mike the bill for it.
I think that would be fair.
To play devils advocate, they did fix what you had asked them to. I would think proving that they caused the AC to make noise will be hard.
Either way, I would be pissed too.
