Default New Audi a4 lease deal

The March 5 WSJ had an ad for a new 1.8Tq, 5sp, with prem, NE emissions, cold weather for 329/mo for 42 mos, no cap cost or down payment, and purchase option of 16,560. Retail lists for 31,245. If you sum the monthly and po, it total 30,378- not a bad deal

I'd say that is good. I entered your info into audiusa.com and it says the monthly lease payment would be $568.39!
I may head to the dealer soon and lease one (I've been dying to get back into an Audi) if the lease payments are that good. I'm looking at a 1.8Tq 5-speed Avant with premium and ultrasport. Haven't figured out the color.
What does everyone else think of nasdakboy's deal?

Default I'm paying like $80.00 less/month...

with the same deal EXCEPT, 5sp and I only have 10K mi/year. I tell you, the extra $80.00 would be worth it. I'm going to get SPANKED on mileage when I turn the car in.

Default Look for hidden charges, like the buy option at the end of the lease usually isn't free

it cost me an additional 2k (for the buy option) to buy my 99 GTI at the end of my lease.
