Default the lower hinges are most likely the problem. Fold the seat down and from outside of the car
pull the back rest towards you (Part of uninstalling the seats) and you should hear it squeak. You don't have to pull them out though. Just spray some WD 40 on the hinges down there and fold them up and down to work it in. That should fix it.

it was teh upper one'sfor me. I just wrapped it with some tape and it was gone

Default my squeak is the metal to metal contact of the latching system....I just wrapped thick black tape
around the post and the squeak is gone, until the tape gets worn through. Then I just re-apply.

Make sure the seats are latched (the little tab indicator should be down)!
