This is one great car!!! Nav system had a few disconnects in San Francisco... Took me around the block a couple of times (but who hasn't)... I'd say Nav is good most of te time but it can get confused... Also on the freeway it told me to stay left once but the main road was on the right... Rain sensing wipers we're flawless in the light SF drizzle/fog... XM woked great too... I'm still in love even bluetoothless...

Dude, we both live in S.F. and have the same car except for the rear sunscreen. Woh! My only gripe is that on hills -- either at a light/stop sign or when pulling out of a parallel parking spot, it lurches back (i.e., hits the parked car behind me) so I've taken to putting it into 1st gear for a bit and then switching back to CVT mode. Helps a lot, but not perfect.

Default Noticed the lurching with mine too... Think in "S" mode it doesn't lurch so bad... Actually...

I live in San Diego now but lived in SF (in the Haight) for 8 years... Drive up to visit friends in SF frequently... Looking at the cars on the street I noticed that all bumpers look like they've been hit by machine gun fire... Guess all the hills and parking take their toll... I kept looking for dings but got away unscathed... I still wish I lived back up there... Do you know how lucky you are?

I know... I rode the real estate wave here in San Diego, too... Bought a cool mid century modern house here in San Diego 5 years ago for 170K and now worth 650K... Hope the bubble doesn't burst!... Had rather live in SF though... You're the lucky one... My previous car was/is a Miata... Still have it... Fun on weekends...
