Looks like it's time for a new actuator. They go faulty. I've swapped mine for similar, if not the same, codes.
I believe there are some folks who have opened theirs to try and fix them, but I can't find much success. I tried opening my faulty one once it was replaced, but it doesn't come apart easily and the gears get mashed up inside anyway.
If you do get a replacement, make sure it's been setup and calibrated. New ones can come "blank". And you can't set them up on VCDS.

Ok there is an update on my problem! I bought Second hand Actuator with turbo charger and replaced all this afternoon and few mins a go come back from test drive and everithing seems to be good! without programming or calibrating anything! So If any one got similar problem with actuator i recomend to replace whole turbo with actuator because it will be lot cheaper than actuator on its own! actuator for my car cost 230gbp plus audi dealer is about 100gbp labour so for me cheapest option was to buy second hand turbo with actuator on it and that was 190 gbp plus spend about 4 hours changeing it! hope it will help someone who got similar or same problem! Note my old turbo was 059145715F and replacement turbo 059145702S and they fit BMK engine!
