EPC Codes and multiple errors while also stalling...

2006 3.2 Quattro. Car has been acting really weird. First, driving it can't maintain speed/rpm. Constantly have to regulate the pressure you have on the gas pedal just to maintain a constant speed. Acceleration is totally fine, but even in cruise control the rpms fluctuate about 50-100 constantly giving you the feeling its slowing and speeding up over and over. Then the EPC light pops on, no power, but it doesn't die. If I restart the car it's totally fine for a while. Now the really bad part is that sometimes the EPC light will come on and it dies. If that happens it will restart, but will only run long enough to use whatever fuel is primed in the system, then it dies again. It does this over and over until the car cools off (overnight) then starts and will run fine for somewhere in between 10 minutes and an hour.

I ran the codes when the EPC light kicked on and this is what I got:
1. 4200 Intake Air Switch-Over Valve (N335) - Sporadic 009
-Open or Short to Ground
2. 5445 Throttle Valve Controller - Sporadic 008
-Implausible Signal
3. 838 Crankshaft Position Sensor (G163 - Sporadic 006
-Short to Plus
4. 5715 Please check DTC Memory of ABS Controller - Sporadic 008
-Implausible Signal
5. 9523 Ignition Switch; Run/Start Position Circuit - Sporadic 006
-Short to Plus

Any idea what is going on here?
