Default Audi Care Select - Worth It?

I purchased a CPO '13 A7 2 years ago and received the Audi Care package. My last maintenance on the old package was just completed. The car has 44k miles on it.

Audi just sent me a quote for Audi Care Select. Package 3 (55k and 65k services) is quoted at $769.

I would like to have all the maintenance done at the dealer but it isn't a deal breaker. Does anyone think this price is worth it? Seems fairly high.

Thanks

You can always ask the service advisor what the 55K and 65K services would cost. They have pretty standard pricing at most dealership service departments. I think you will find it will save you a few $$$.

For service performed at the dealer it tends to be cheaper than paying for the individual services, but how much cheaper depends on the car. The 55k service is a big one on all Audis. Bigger on some than others, which is reflected in the price. I just recently had the 55k service performed on my '13 RS5. Would have been ~$1300 by itself. Audi Care Select was a little over a $1000, so it was a nobrainer to get Audi Care Select.

As said above, just get a quote from your dealer for the 55k and 65k and compare to the price for Audi Care Select. You don't have to make the decision now. You can buy it when you bring your car in for the next service.

Definitely. If I add together the individual costs the dealer charges for the services included in the Audi Care package, the total price is close to double of the price you pay for Audi Care.

I bought it for my S7 and it makes perfect financial sense to me. The package cost $1179 and I was told that the 35,000 service alone would normally cost over $1000.

I also have it for my A7, since our local dealer is great but expensive otherwise. Keep in mind it's also beneficial in Audi's eyes to keep your car factory-serviced in case anything drastic happens to your car.
