Anyway to re-set the car back to factory mode??
Hi everyone, I was just curious to find out if there is a way possible to reset an 05' A8L back to its original factory mode. Specifically how to remove all stored data that's in the car and have it to the same way it was when it came off the dealer lot brand new. Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Doesn't the option exist anyway in the various menus for radio, navi etc....?
I remember doing it when I bought my car and had the previous owner's data.
For advanced options....
If you enable the MMI hidden (green) menu with VCDS, there are options for resetting defaults in Radio, TV, MMI, Navi etc.. If you have VCDS, you can go into each control module and adaptation channel 0 and save value 1 (but check this is what it says it will do) and don't do for engine or gearbox, just for control head and maybe HVAC. If you aren't into all this, I wouldn't bother in case you end up with a new problem you never had before.
Good luck
