Module incorrectly coded

I did a scan of my car since I added the AMI and came up with the following.

Address 19 Can Gateway
Coding FCFE7BDD1B7904
01044 - Control Module Incorrectly Coded
000 - -
Freeze Frame:
Fault Status - 01100000
Fault Frequency:102
Reset Counter: 176

I cleared the code and it came right back.

Has anyone seen this before?

I've got the same error

I've never got to the bottom of it. I thought it might have been to do with the Dension 500 I've got fitted but get the error even when its in service mode.

2006 S8 btw.

(Ignore the 2 Faults found as I've since cleared the other fault).

Would love to know what is causing it.

You can change that coding since you added it afterwards. I installed an analog tv tuner and there was a can-bus error thereafter. If I remember correctly I just went into the long coding and told it that it was there. It worked without the coding change also.
