The rears are double sided tape. The new carbon fiber rings are a little smaller than the OEM chrome unit I removed. I was a little concerned at first, but you'd never know it unless you compare them side by side.
The grill rings snap into place. Once you get the new one for the front, it will give you the exact location of the snaps' locations. You must get the exact same size for the front or it won't fit properly. I purchased my front/rear rings from eBay and the sizes are all listed.

Yikes, that was a major PITA. I will take a picture of the OEM unit and share it with you. Initially, I purchased the same sized "S8" lettering, pealed off the chrome/OEM, cleaned the surface thoroughly, then used the black lettering. In other words, I never removed the small base that the letter/number attached to. That was easy and worked well for a couple of years.
Fast forward to today, the 3D lettering is much larger than before. This dictated that I remove the OEM base (ie., broke it off) and rigged a way to mount the new/larger base.
