Default It's just a rubber hose covered in braided nylon cloth.

Yank the old hose out.

Get a similar sized hose rubber hose at an autoparts store or the dealer (suprisingly cheap for *certain* items.

Cut new hose to length needed to fit.

Spray a tiny bit of silicone spray onto the ends of the hose so they slip onto the connections easier.

Plug hose back in.

You don't really need any tools other than a sharp knife and a can of silicone spray.

If that or any other vaccum hose is leaking, you should be able to hear a definite hissing sound coming from the engine when it's running.

If it's not a vaccum leak then you'd probably have to adjust the idle and clean the idle stabilizer valve.

Default You mean ISV?

You can just take it out of your car and clean it. It normally stops working properly because dirt and crap prevents it from functioning normally.

General directions here: http://20v.org/engprob.htm#isv

And do a search, jeez.
