So the Lifetime membership provides immediate eligibility for the discount (at participating dealers)? What is the waiting period for the other membership offers?

As buickfunnycar stated, it is a 6-month wait w/ annual membership. Your only membership options are annual or lifetime.

So I send ACNA a message on their web site to confirm the instant rebate with lifetime membership, and...no response.

Just give them a ring, they are very helpful and will confirm the no-wait over the phone. You may have to follow up after membership to get the affiliate discount form in time, again, just ring them. But when signing up if you need it quickly also just note that you'd like the affiliate discount sent along with membership confirmation.

I have spoken with them as well.
Sometimes forget internet and rely on conversations.
They gave me good advice and answered their phones promptly.
Have you exhausted negotiating with your local dealer?

Thanks for the suggestion to call. Local dealer on board with the discount if I get the discount form from ACNA.
