I can manually select from the uploaded phone book but I haven't been able to use voice commands for the address book names..someone posted a recent TSB for Communication..I wonder if it addresses this issue?

No cradle just the BT connection using a Hp 6915 Ipaq Phone, win5 OS,technically called a pocket pc. BTW, I've never had audi voice phonebook commnds with this phone.

Do you get a prompt when you press the voice command button? If so, do you get a list of options when you say "Help"? Have you recorded "tags" for the numbers you want to call? Tell us what you've tried.
