CV joint replacement question .. did a STFA

What can I expect to pay for a new cv joint? Left front is starting to whine loudly and it clicks a bit at very low speeds with the wheel to the right.

IIRC, they will run roughly $150 or so.

I think that is for CV boots...not sure how expensive CV joints will cost.

If you DIY, check out raxles.com

I would guess $4-500 for Shine to do it.

2nd...I've got 2 raxles fronts on my car

They were around $150 per side (one axle with CV joints on both ends) once the core was returned. I do them myself.
