Default 2nd. 100 is amazing...but....

to get from boston to burlington, rt 100 is not a large portion of the drive.

typically i go this route: rt 2 west to 140N to 12N to 119W into brattleboro. from there pick up 91N to 89N.

or just do 93N from boston to 89N and you're there

but the 199W is a great way to get to brattleboro from here. fun as hell stretch just before the NH/VT line. couple miles of hilly, twisty goodness. not many cops either..

Default Re: 2nd. 100 is amazing...but....

140 to 12 and a few different routes thereafter is my drive to Killington.. Lots of twisties.

if you want, you can skip 91 and 89 altogether, and go from 12 to 5 (at Bellows Falls) to 103 to 100, though it'll take longer.

Bring your V-1 any which way you go, though.
