1) Park it and don't drive it
you risk losing the whole transmission.
Check your state laws, you may have the right to break the sales contract within 30 days if dealer is not going to fix this for you.
Also, this is a known issue and there is a technical service bulletin on it.

You defintiely need to take this up withthe selling dealer and know you rights to break the sales contact before you go in.
