Default Anyone have issues with Kumho 712 18"s?

how are they in our climate? light snow?

Default Stay away from that tire, IMO.

The tire, in my experience has inferior grip under hard braking. It does not like the wet PNW weather. NTB dry weather performer.

Also I had a few sets replaced under warranty before going to another tire due to interior tire delamination issues. It is an inexpensive performance tire but, that is where the benefits end.

Try the Dunlop FM509's if you are looking for an inexpensive performance solution, IMO.
