Default thats not all.

I know about fmics. But my car is obviously pulling a lot of timing from running the stock smic. I was wondering if that timing could be calculated?

Default Just even log a quick pull from 2500-6500 rpms thru 3rd gear

of even just block 002 or 003, cant remember which one shows adv timing while the other one will show injector pulse.

Default YOU NEED A VAG-COM!! :-)

With all those mods, and with all the troubleshooting questions that seem to come up....so many could be figured out more easily with a VAG-COM. IMO, it should be considered a "must have" if you go with a big turbo kit, as no kit is perfect. Good luck

Default There's probably more power in timing than in boost

especially when you start getting out of the turbos efficiency range.

A FMIC using a stock IC chip might only make a few extra HP, but there is more power to be gained with a FMIC program.
