Torque converter upgrade for A6?
My 2.7T A6 automatic sorely lacks a$$ in the lower ranges of the RPM band. Does anyone make a torque converter upgrade to improve the wimpy low end on these cars?

I have wondered about the TIP chip. How does the TIP chip affect the tendency in the A6 trannys to abruptly "clunk" when automatically downshifting? Does it make it worse? Mine can be really worse when using manual mode. Very annoying flaw in my '01 tranny.
