Default update on my negative deviation fault code...

...So, I've tried all that I can try. MAF, ECU, BPV, low pressure intake test, vacuum lines, bpv control solenoid, brake booster, N75. The negative deviation fault code strarted after I got the new MAF and swapping out MAFs got rid of my problem. I think its safe to say that the MAF is the source of my problem.

I took the car to the dealer yesterday to have them take a look at it and get a record of my problem. I've got an appointment on the 25th for them to do something. I've been emailing the Tech that will be working on my car so he knows exactly what I've been doing.

I'll update everyone on what the dealer finds. Thanks for a all the help guys! I learned a lot with all the input from this forum.

Have a great weekend,
Kirk

Default Shot in the dark, but...

I've heard from HurricaneSteve here in the Houston area that the Bentley diagram for installing the N75 was backwards. Any chance you installed the new one using the Bentley?

I don't know the specifics, but if this is a possible concern, you might want to do a search for this.

Default Tis true on the older Bentley's CD and the older printed manuals too.

Default I checked and re-checked the N75...

... its setup like the pic Yippers shows. The N75 seems to be controlling the boost as it is being commanded from the ECU.

I still haven't looked at my intake airbox pre filter screen. Maybe I'll get to that today.

Thanks,
Kirk
