Did your current engine finally give up? What was it, 200K miles?

Default I do have three of them but...
Unfortunately reman heads were used and they have a very high core value and have to be sent back.

Not sure yet... The car still hasn't gone into the shop and I haven't seen the motor yet.

Default Hell no...198,500 and counting. Leakdown 20K ago was fine....
...it would just be nice to have an extra one around.

Default If nothing else, Audi builds great motors.
It's all the things that surround and are attached to the cylinder head and short block that tend to blow up. :-)
