Here is the video of the problem.

In the video you will see, when the car starts up on a full charge, original electric range is 27 miles, then it jumps to 31 miles, then within few seconds it drops to 19 miles (which is about 30% drop), this never happened until February (bought car in 2021). This 30% loss of range is what I am worried. I dont understand how this started happening all of a sudden from this February, neither Audi could explain this.

In warmer weather, I used to see a range of 35 miles to 40 miles and the actual achieved range was about 25 miles. In winter, I understand the range dropping to 27miles, but not further drop to 19 miles.
