Default Euro sterring wheel questions

I searched the forums but I need help. Dealer installed Euro wheel two weeks ago. It's a great addition to the car. Was cruise control supposed to get lost too in addition to the loss of the wiper stalk buttons? Mine did. Also, the wheel is a bit rough on the flat bottom where the two metal pieces come together and where the metal bottom meets the leather. I bought the wheel used, didnt check thoroughly before the install and didnt know if this might have been caused during the installation vs it being a minor flaw noted by others too. Thanks.

Default cruise control should still be active...

with the right coding. However, be aware that the scan will show a constant fault by vag-com with the euro wheel.
