Question about the small screen behind the steering wheel.
When I was out with a friend in his RS4, I noticed that he has a completely different layout option for the small screen (behind the steering wheel).
In particular, he has this view that shows his bearings (N, S, E, W) and the street he is on, even when the nav is not actively engaged.
I push the button on the bottom of the right hand side steering wheel lever to toggle between views. It cycles between three views: Menu, the regular view that is partitioned in three sections, and a lap timer. I don't get the option of the view I mentioned above.
Does anyone know if it is a version of the software that differentiates which views we have for the small screen?
I installed the version of the software that does not ask the driver to "accept the risk blah blah" each time the car is started. I wonder if this has something to do with my car not having that view?

The radio must be on for it to work, if your is and you don't have that screen then time for a...
dealer visit or VAG it.
You can probably fine the necessary codes on navplus.us
