'S'....
....is only in tiptronic. Basically it just raises the shift points to a higher rpm, decreases the delay between shifts, and increases the throttle sensitivity. Going from 'D' to 'S' changes the car from mild-mannered cruiser to aggressive sport sedan. Go try it out...drive the car in 'D' for a while, then switch to 'S' and you'll see what I mean.
