Most dealers will only COP a car they own or a car you will own because you are buying it off lease.
However call the dealership and ask. They are pretty hungry these days, so you never know. It's more about liability, having to take title on paper, etc than the actual warranty or cost.
Dealers pay Audi around $1600 for the CPO warranty, and most charge $2500 or so for it. Keep in mind it's only two years or to 100K on the odometer, and only a named component plan.
If you need a longer, better warranty, let me know and I can email you a quote. Ballpark for an S4 is $3400, which when under 50K miles will be 5 years, or when over 50K miles will be 3 or 4 years. But it's exclusionary, which is much better coverage, it allows you to go to a dealer or an indy, and best of all you can sell it when you sell the car if there is time/mileage remaining. CPO will not transfer anymore
