Codes p1287 and p1113

Codes p1287 and p1113
My EGT sensor went bad a month ago and i replaced it successfully. The engine light came on a couple of days ago and i feel some sputtering of the engine. Ran diagnostics and got the two fault codes...17695.P1287 and 17521.P1113
Could they be related to the prior EGT sensor or is it unrelated. Is it something i Can do myself.
And by the way i broke one of the vacuum lines. The one going to a quad valve part #078-611-933-B and managed to kludge'd it back together. Could that be related if the vacuum is not at the ideal level?
