Default Common theme on this board, intakes are not worth it.. Especially that one

Why would you take a sealed semi cold air intake and replace it with a standard filter? (The engine bay is DAMN HOT!) You would just be sucking in excessively hot air.. Save your money.

AWE Sflow retains stock box (not sure of the gain there, however).

Blitz created a pretty custom intake but you can't use with stock IC's... It's fairly nice however.. Not sure if there was a place to install ICE to cool the air as it came in

The more you feed your turbos the more efficient they are.

Default The more hot air you feed them, the worse off theyll be in five years....

Replacing turbos out of warranty isnt fun or cheap.

But really, cold air is alot better than Hot engine bay air. The best setup would pull the air from outside in the front of the car. You guys have S4's, you could easily fab up something to pull air from one of the bumper grilles. I have an S4 front and did this very thing. I took pics over the weekend and will post them up tomorrow.

Air is power you want as much as you can get, although I think excessive hot air is not good either
