window problem
Hi guys,
On saturday my window started acting wierd. It only rolls up half way and stops, then a few seconds later it will go down all the way. I cant roll it up past the halfway mark. (maybe something is stuck or needs lube?) I had to forcefully pull it up (since it was raining) and after it passes the halfway mark, i can use the buttons to roll it up all the way!
i have removed the door panel but could not find any obstructions (although the window motor gets extremely hot) .
whats going on?
cliff notes.
-window only rolls up halfway, then goes back down
-pull up the window by hand past the halfway mark, then it will roll up
-rolling window down has no resistance at all
