You know, that was what I was talking about, the dealership service just plain out SUCKS. What is that? People rave about Lexus service, and even Saturn service, and now I understand indepth and first hand what they are talking about. <p>So Neil, email me some info about yourself, the people involved, and I PROMISE you I will help you get the situation resolved. But if you do go into Jack Dyer without knowing what you want, he'll tell you that they do not negotiate for anything less than 10% over invoice. That's my experience with him last year. So my wife and I bought from Beaudry Audi in Tuscon for about 3% over invoice...<p>---John Pal...<br>'97 1.8TQAS
