Default Vag-Com Codes Help

I searched, but didn't come up with any solid answers. I don't want to clear the codes, I have emissions testing this week, and I don't think the readiness codes will display passed soon enough. Can the Barometric Pressure Sensor cause any problems?

Default You've got a lot problems there... Let me find my service manual, and I'll get back to you.

However, I did notice your readiness code is OK, so you might still be able to pass the test.

Default My readiness code is good. I don't want to reset the DTCs until I take the test, and then I will.

I did check the MAP (Boost Sensor??) on top of the IC, it looks good. I haven't noticed any problems, I was just checking my Readiness code before my emissions test this week, and I found all these other codes, YAY.

Yeah, got some work ahead of you. My manual doesn't cover the radio, I know that much.

Default The least of my concerns is the Radio. More worried about the AC and Boost...

What a way to start AutoX season.

Default Alright, here are the codes:

16490 is not covered in my oldish manual, but ask around about that one.

00532 for the HVAC says to fix it by: Test Generator (GEN) and Voltage Regulator (VR). Also try diagnose and repair contact resistance using wiring diagram.

00792 is not covered by my manual again, but it sounds like a faulty ground wire. Check the wiring diagram to figure that one out.

01273 says to test with the wiring diagram, to test part J126, or to replace the unit.

01378 says to check all wiring according to the wiring diagram, to perform a function test, or to replace the unit G171.

Default Cool thanks. I am going to clear the codes after emissions this week and go from there.

not liking the thought of replacing those parts.

Thanks for the help. I'll post results this week.

At least its nothing but electrical parts. Nothing terribly crucial.
