Another complaint about Tom Williams Audi.
The didn't replace the cabin filter on my 40K service. I didn't see it listed in the parts on my service ticket so I verified last night by pulling out the filter. Filthy.
I'll point this out (well, the missing from the ticket part) when we drop off for the oil leak tonight.
There's a motor for the lumbar up/down on special order to be installed and after that I'm writing a long letter to AoA.
So, what does it cost to open an Audi dealership? Maybe I need to break their monopoly in this town.

You mean Vulcan. He's back after a 2 year absence
for refurbishing. I missed my chance to get my pic taken next to his head when it was on the ground
Where are you now and where were you when you dated Homewood chick?

No dealer in T-town. I am thinking about ATL. Here's
what I'm thinking about now:
We're at 44,390 now. We leave for Mountain Home Idaho on 12/19. That's ~2500 miles one way.
I'm either going to drive to ATL that morning and wait for the 50K service or have it done in Boise while I'm out there. It'll be my last freebie.
After that I'll have the Bently CD and start doing my own service until timing belt time and I'll schedule that somewhere else (Atlanta, Montgomery or Huntsville).

That's it, the Vulcan!
I was an outstanding cadet of fine moral character at Marion Military Institute from 83-85, and dated a girl who went to Judson from Homewood. From there, I rejoined modern civilization at Georgia Tech. I now live in the Detroit area, where I grew up until I went to MMI. I design engine control modules for an auto supplier.

We're close to the same age. I used to pass the MMI

Funny enough I have a friend in Florida who also attended Judson.
Your 20 years ago comment set the wayback machine in my mind. That's when I bought my first car magazine at age 15. The cover is pictured.

Re: Almost makes you consider driving to Atlanta, H-ville, or T-town.
I've heard good things about Jack Ingram in Montgomery. I would assume you being in Shelby, that Jack Ingram would be the closest.
