Default Tire Noise Help?

Got a used 99 audi a4 1.8t FWD recently as my second car.
All 4 tires are almost new. The front 2 are p 205/60/15 ultra 90h radial

one rear one is michelin 195/60/15 88h radial
and the other one is a bridgestone potenza 205/60/15 re92

I get this wob wob noise over 40 mph.

Just wondering what needs to be done to get rid of the noise. Should I replace just the rear 2 to save money or is it a must to replace all 4
what is the most probable cause of the noise

Default Personally I would get 4 new ones.....what is with the different sizes on the back,

I mean the 2 195 & the 205 are very close in overall diameter but why are they all different? I would invest the $$ and get 4 new tires and this will probably solve the issue of tire noise.
