Had the cluster ( 2007 Audi S8 V10) shipped to UK, they tested it and found that its faulty and can not be repaired. I am stuck between dealership and ordering new cluster online, which both are pretty expensive. What other options do I have? Anyone had this issue before? Any suggestions would be appreciated...

I would buy from a dealer. The same dealer you will likely have to have program it to your VIN and odometer reading.
This way you will have some recourse and will avoid finger pointing. Well worth a couple/few hundred bucks.

I think I am going to have to, after reading about it and do some research it will cost me over 2 grand at my local Audi dealer. Thanks for suggestion, I appreciate it.
