Default Now that I have established I have a RS2 EM....

I need a new muffler, and i LOVE the sound of a G35/G35coupe/FX35 but have no Idea how the flow rate is and if its enough... If I were to put that muffler on my s4 would it sound anything like that? or completely waste my time/money with no resemblence of the sound?

Default Those "people" are full of it.

There are people here who actually know.

And they know because they've actually dynoed their cars. This ain't like the ricers and the bolt-on game they play, where they add up all the claimed HP gains and list that as the power of the motor.

You'll also notice that folks here rarely talk about crank HP. People here talk about the real thing - the HP that gets put down to move the car along.

Being a n00b is no problem - hell, everyone was a n00b at everything once. Start with the archives, and read. Then, you'll actually learn from the folks that have BTDT.

If it breaks in 150 miles, was it worth the savings?

Default stock exhaust is good till 400 hp, you want more sound?...

replace rear muffler
remove center resonator
remove cats
cut hole in airbox

stock exhaust has 5" of flow
