Update. RSNAV contacted me informing me they were redesigning the main printed circuit board because of incompatibility issues with iPhone 7+ and X. They offered to refund my money or wait 3 weeks. I am waiting. When received I will start a new thread for the installation.

With my warranty expiring on my Q5 with MMI 3G + I would like to consider options that are available to upgrade the tech in the vehicle.
Anyone have any knowledge / experience with this product. There isn't a manual for download. Their video of the screen was not so clear (a checkerboard effect). Don't know if it was video camera or product quality.
There description implies that the basic car menus remain.
1024*600 HD Android Audi Q5 A4 A5 Navigaiton GPS Head Unit Touch Screen Quad-Cores 16GB

Though it's android 4.4.4 system, it runs smoothly. The screen is clear with HD 1024*600 resolution, just not good in the video, product quality is good. user manual can be downloaded here: https://1drv.ms/b/s!Am8pv4kpOz8zlkzJAYA1VN0wbjFJ
