yeah, if you search here or QF or AZ for RS4 pads, you see all kinds of opinions. The good news for us is that we have 3-4 years of other people's 'testing' to go by.

Old threads swear by buying Centric Posi Quiet. After guys tried them, you read threads about writing complaint letters to the company because initial bite is so brutal (like ceramics, they are useless until heated).

Then you see the HPS threads. Then you see the stoptech threads. Now it seems to be the carbotech bobcats. Funny evolution.

For the record I had hawk HPS on my B7 S4 and while they were decent they weren't as good as stock. Less dust though and no squeaking or anything.

For me it must be

ZERO noise
SAME or better bite as stock

Low dust is a nice bonus, but the first two are more important to me.
